Primer grupo de Josep "Kitflus" Mas (ex-Iceberg, ex-Pegasus y colaborador de, entre muchos otros, Joan Manuel Serrat). Contaba con 16 años cuando militó en esta banda, que se disuelve tras publicar este único disco.

"PROYECTO "a" es un disco formado por Frank David, seudonimo de Frank Dubé. La lista de los musicos (excepto de Kitflus - Georges I-) es desconocida, ya que usan seudonimos en el disco. Me gaste 120 € en el LP Promo. y 17 € en el single.Es un disco sensacional.
El disco se grabo en los estudios RCA de Madrid pero los musicos de sesion, la mayoria son de procedencia Barcelonesa.
Se grabo en el 69 y se edito en el 1970, y en el 1971 se extrajo el single con el tema "A Pluton" , con letras alternativas, se reemplaza el Pluton! por Putón!
Por finalizar Frank David en 1971, se fue a Alemania a gravar un disco electronico llamado Blues and Electronics bajo el nombre de "The Frank David Selection", con Okko Becker (el de OKKO SITAR & Electronics) al MOOG, y el jazzman Herb Gellerfirmado por el sello BASF. Que lo subiré a mi blog, "Espacios Sonoros".
Mi copia de Proyecto A tambien la subire, ya que lo tengo MINT y es una copia promo, con la portada doble, y los dos bonus tracks del single.
Tambien como anecdota, pq conozco a Frank personalmente, hizo un cortometraje de 11 minutos con una super8 llamado PROYECTO A, con Andres do Barro y Encarnita Polo por ahi 1970, era com el viaje de setas de syd barrett."

Josep "Kitflus" Mas' (ex-Iceberg, ex-Pegasus and usual contributor of Joan Manuel Serrat, among many others) first band. The band broke up after releasing this only album. He was 16 then.

"PROYECTO "a" is an album masterminded by Frank David, aka Frank Dubé. The names of the musicians involved are unknown (apart from Kitflus), since they all used pseudonyms. I spent 120 € on a promo copy of the LP and 17 € on a single. It's a sensational album.
The album was recorded at the RCA studios un Madrid, yet most of the session musicians hailed from Barcelona. It was recorded in '69 and released one year later; in 1971 the single "A Plutón" (To Pluton) was released with alternative lyrics, replacing the word "Plutón" (Pluton) with "Putón" (whore or slut).
In 1971 Frank David goes to Germany to make an electronic album called Blues And Electronics under the "The Frank David Selection" monniker, with Herb Geller and Okko Becker (of OKKO Sitar & Electronics fame) on the moog. The album was released on the defunct BASF label. I'll upload it to my blog, "Espacios Sonoros".
I will upload my copy of Proyecto "A" as well, since it is a promo in mint shape, with gatefold cover, as well as the two tracks on the single.
Another anecdote: I know Frank personally and he told me he did a 11 minute short movie in 1970 called Proyecto A, with a super8. It featured Andrés Do Barro and Encarnita Polo and it looked like that famous Syd Barrett's trip short film."
